Our grandparents were very good, putting “learning to eat” right at the top of the four lessons, but nowadays we put “learning to eat” at the bottom and don’t even care about it. Eating right keeps the body healthy. The better the health, the more abundant energy helps us to do more things for the community and always work with a happy and creative state.
